Lauren Kennedy serves as Chief of Staff at Sentinel Asset Management, partnering with executive leadership to advance the firm’s strategic vision, strengthen organizational performance, and support sustainable growth. As a trusted advisor to the leadership team, she leads cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational excellence, cultivate talent, and align people, processes, and strategy to support the firm’s continued success.
With more than 25 years of leadership experience across diverse industries, Lauren is recognized for her ability to bring clarity, discipline, and forward-thinking leadership to complex business challenges. Her adaptable mindset and ability to successfully navigate change have enabled organizations to grow, transform, and achieve meaningful results. She has a proven passion for developing leaders, building high-performing teams, and creating cultures where individuals and organizations can thrive.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and DISC Certified, reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning, operational excellence, and understanding the unique strengths that enable individuals and teams to perform at their best.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, and their daughter, Avery. Much of the family’s time is spent traveling throughout the Northeast supporting Avery’s competitive soccer pursuits. An avid fitness enthusiast, Lauren enjoys bodybuilding, hiking, paddleboarding, and yoga. During the off-season, the family enjoys spending time together exploring new places, and creating memorable weekend adventures.
