As our Office Assistant / Receptionist, you will be at the forefront of our operation, welcoming and directing all incoming traffic with warmth and professionalism. You will play a key role in managing our office calendar, scheduling client appointments, assisting various departments within the office, and contributing to special projects.

Compensation & Hours

  • Salary: Competitive starting salary of $40,000 annually, with raises as you grow
  • Benefits: 401(k) with employer match
  • Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday

Receptionist Responsibilities

  • Providing a welcoming and professional environment in the reception area
  • Managing the office calendar and scheduling client appointments
  • Building strong relationships and delivering excellent client service
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and staff

Receptionist Requirements

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist preferred
  • Enthusiastic, dependable, and driven personality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
